BRUSH UP ON CLEANER SAFER GREENER COMMUNITIES THIS MONTH
The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister's ‘Delivering Sustainable Communities’ summit will explore national, regional and local perspectives on sustainable communities in thought provoking plenaries, workshops, masterclasses, site visits, a range of fringe events and a vibrant exhibition. Around 2000 delegates from the  UK, Europe and worldwide are expected to take part in the summit, which runs between 31 January - 2 February 2005 at the GMEX,  Manchester.

One of the featured workshops will look at Cleaner Safer Greener Communities.The ‘Cleaner Safer Greener Communities For All’ workshop will critically explore what is being done to create high quality clean, safe and  green communities.

At this session you will:-

•  Learn more about the latest programmes, policies and innovative practices

•  Hear what local people think

•  Let the panel of experts provoke your thinking on ways to tackle key issues in your local area, from litter to alley gating, from anti-social behaviour to  revitalising parks and green spaces

•  Pick up your copy of the Cleaner Safer Greener Communities Quick Guide.
