THE TOGETHER CAMPAIGN

Launched by the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit of the Home Office, the TOGETHER campaign aims to get tough on anti-social behaviour such as abandoned vehicles. An ActionLine is available every weekday on 0870 220 2000, to provide information, and to discuss solutions and best practice to help practitioners tackle anti-social behaviour throughout England and Wales.

CRIME CONCERN

A range of publications for the public giving advice on how they can tackle specific issues such as abandoned vehicles. Crime Concern aims to empower people to take action and to reduce the fear of crime and crime itself at a local level. It also provides information on the Crime and Disorder Act.

KEEP BRITAIN TIDY

Keep Britain Tidy is the national litter abatement agency funded by government. The campaign is run by ENCAMS, which can provide publications, advice, research and campaign materials to local authorities, the public, businesses or other organisations. THE WILDLIFE TRUSTS

The Wildlife Trusts partnership is the UK’s leading conservation charity exclusively dedicated to wildlife. Their network of 47 local Wildlife Trusts, alongside a junior branch, Wildlife Watch, work together to protect wildlife in the countryside. The Wildlife Trusts care for over 2,560 nature reserves; from rugged coastline, to rural wildlife havens. LIVING STREETS

The Living Streets initiative is a nationwide, ongoing campaign to win back the streets for everybody. The Living Streets Manifesto is the battle plan to enable communities to take over public space, by making streets places we want to spend time in. The campaign offers information, support, training and resource packs.
